Terms of Use

1. Subject of the services

We provide the technical implementation of IT infrastructure, including the installation of fiber optic networks, server installation, configuration of secure gateways, and management of broadband connections for business customers in business parks.

2. Rights and obligations of the parties

Customer: Provides all necessary information and access in a timely manner for the execution of the work. Pays invoices within the agreed period.

GlasvezelNet: Delivers the services with craftsmanship and in accordance with the agreements made. Complies with applicable safety and privacy legislation.

3. Limitations and prohibited use

The use of our provided network infrastructure and internet services is strictly prohibited for:

• Activities aimed at social media for children without the required parental consent and safety measures.
• Hosting or distributing content from religious sites that is hateful or discriminatory.
• The illegal trade in or promotion of medicines and regulated substances.

Violation may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.

4. Liability

Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the agreement in the twelve months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or data loss, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

5. Payments and conditions

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Invoicing is based on quotes and agreed rates. Payment term is 30 days from invoice date.

In case of project cancellation, pre-incurred, non-refundable costs (such as specially ordered materials) may be charged. Refund of subscription fees is only possible according to the specific conditions of the service contract.

6. Termination and changes

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with a notice period of one month. In case of serious violation of these terms, immediate termination is possible.

We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these terms. The current version is always available on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the amended terms.
